Suitable for a wide range of materials.
Compatible with materials from narrow to wide widths, from thin to thick plates.
A variety of materials can be applied, from soft to hard materials.
Achieved low cost with simple structure design.
Features
Pre-stacked coils of materials on a pallet can be simply load on the turntable.
Pre-stacked coils of materials can be set at once, effective for improving setup efficiency and saving space.
The amount of material fed out is detected by the swing angle of the pendulum arm, and in combination with inverter control follows the line speed at continuously variable speed.
Five types of table outer diameters are available to match the outer diameter and mass of the coil material.
Adopts a small motor to reduce running cost.
