HORIZONTAL AUTOMATIC WINDER MHA Series
MHA-104(S)II / MHA-204(S)II / MHA-106(S)II / MHA-206(S)II
The automatic winder that can handle a wide range of reel-wind products.
Applicable for reel outer diameters up to Φ900mm.
The unique structure, in which 4 or 6 horizontal reel-decks mounted side-by-side on a vertical shaft, has enabled space saving.
The automatic product core-winding and automatic reel-changing functions enable long periods of unattended operation.
MHA-104/106 winders be used for single strip only, and MHA-204/206 winders be used for both single and dual strips.
Features
The product feeding stage is fixed, and the reel (position) can be changed by shifting the multi-reel unit up or down without changing the feeding line height.
Horizontal multi-reel model realizes horizontal winding and saves space.
Widely applied to various kinds of products and does not require changing guider jigs.
Reel-winding parameters and setting items for each product type can be stored and restored.
Suitable for large lot production and long periods of unattended operation, also applicable to small lot production and a wide variety of products.
Applicable to high-speed production lines.
