The automatic product core-winding and automatic reel-changing functions enable long periods of unattended operation.

MHA-104(S)VI winder be used for single strip only.

Features

The product feeding stage is fixed, and the reel (position) can be changed by shifting the multi-reel unit up or down without changing the feeding line height.

With the structure that pulling out reel deck unit toward the front, effective in the situation where there is no space behind the rear side and right side of winder.

Horizontal multi-reel model realizes horizontal winding and saves space.

Widely applied to various kinds of products and does not require changing guider jigs.

Reel-winding parameters and setting items for each product type can be stored and restored.

Suitable for large lot production and long periods of unattended operation, also applicable to small-lot production and a wide variety of products.

Applicable to high-speed production lines.
